Private Session Fee
Session fee: Initial Assessment $210 / Subsequent Appoitment $195
Reports: $195 per hour
Travel: calculated on booking
Payment:
Payment is accepted on the day of the session via tap payment using the Square application
Private health fund rebates may apply (please check with your provider). Claiming rebates is the responsibility of the parent or caregiver following payment and receipt of the invoice.
Medicare
Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) – Formally EPC
You pay: Initial Assessment $210 / Subsequent Appoitment $195 (plus travel)
Medicare rebate: $61.80 per session (Item 10958)
Your cost: $210 - $61.80 = $148.20 per session (plus travel)
Eligibility: Must be referred by your GP with a chronic condition diagnosis Limit: Maximum 5 allied health services per calendar year

NDIS Participants
Great news! If you have an NDIS plan, all our services are fully covered under your funding.
You don’t pay out-of-pocket costs – we claim directly from your NDIS plan.

Billed in 10-minute increments, all covered by NDIS
