What are the costs, and how long is a consult?

Initial Appointment Fee: $210 per hour (plus travel fee)

Subsequent Appointment Fee: $195 per hour (plus travel fee)

Written Reports, Letters, and Case Conferences: $195 per hour (available upon request only)

  • Payment is required on the day of the appointment.

  • Payments can be made via card or cash.

  • A tap payment facility (“Square”) is provided, allowing you to pay at the end of the session.

What are the travel fees?

As a mobile physiotherapy service, travel fees are charged in addition to appointment fees.

Where do you provide services?

We offer mobile paediatric physiotherapy services across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region. Whether at your home, a local park, or another familiar setting, we aim to see your child where they feel most comfortable. Telehealth appointments are also available. If you're unsure whether we service your area, please get in touch—we’re happy to help.

What are the funding options?

Private Health Insurance

Children may be eligible to claim a rebate for physiotherapy services through their private health insurance. The rebate amount will depend on the Client’s level of cover and membership. Clients are responsible for checking their eligibility with their Private Health Fund.

Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM)

Children may access the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) through their General Practitioner. Under this plan, Medicare rebates are available for up to five (5) eligible allied health sessions per calendar year. The current rebate amount can be found on the Medicare website. Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary referrals and ensuring eligibility.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Children may be eligible to receive funding for therapy and other supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
